Wikifactory
Wikifactory has embedded an agile hardware product development Workspace within a very different type of social platform. One dedicated to productivity. Their community of product designers, engineers and enterprises come together to design hardware products in more agile ways.
The challenge
Cloud-based product development workspaces open new opportunities for creative people with different backgrounds and skills.
As Wikifactory’s features grew with its community, more content was required to onboard users properly on new collaboration tools and efficient design and manufacturing processes, allowing them to make the best out of the platform.
My role
As Community & Content Developer, I owned all technical content in the design and fabrication areas, including research, SEO copywriting and visuals. I also curated user-generated content with the Communications team to build an open knowledge base.
Additional projects included developing new onboarding flows with the Marketing team and strategic development of the Help Center.
